We are a full service salon & prefer to give you a full service. We don’t like to rush our services or our clients, so please allow plenty of time.

If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate you, however, to avoid inconveniencing  our other clients we may not be able to guarantee your full service. We may also have to reschedule your appointment.

 

We do appreciate 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or postpone your service. A 50% deposit will be required for colour corrections or for clients who repeatedly do not show for their appointments. Deposits are non refundable if less than 24 hrs notice is not given.

 

 

We offer 15% discount to all Seniors, students & emergency service’s - upon presentation of ID. (student discount is off all services except children’s services, packages, combinations, quarter head & all over colour/retouch & promotions).

 

With all of our beauty services, we are a professional Beauty salon, therefore we do not provide any sexual service’s in any of our services.

We do have gift vouchers. Our gift vouchers have an expiry of 6 months after date of purchase.

 

With all of our promotions only one promotion at one time.

All promotions are not transferable for cash, exchange of services, retail or promotional gift vouchers.

 

No discount available for a L’Oreal Professionnel Retail Products, Thalgo Retail Products & ghd Retail, this is due to all Products being at below RRP.

 

With all services you can have a choice of Cafe style coffee’s, Real herbal Teas, Real spring water, Red or White Wine. Up to date magazines.

 

 

If by chance more time is needed for your service an extra charge of $1.50 per minute will be applied for time on all Services.

All services if more product is used then a extra cost will incur and will be applied at a cost for ALL Services. Charges determined by product.

 

A 30% discount off our services is available for Private Hairdressing Students & our 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentices if requested to complete your services (when available).

 

 

Waxing Do’s & Don’ts

Do

Moisturise your skin daily           

 Exfoliate your skin one week after being waxed                      

 Shower immediately after exercise to clean the follicles to prevent infection   

Wear cotton or no underwear at night to allow the skin to breathe

Don’t

Exfoliate your skin after waxing for 3 days     

Use deodorant until 24 hrs after waxing under-arms                 

Pick at ingrown hairs, see your therapist                             

 Exercise for at least 24 hrs after being waxed                          
 Swim in chlorinated or salt water for 24 hrs                          

Definitely Don’t shave in-between wax’s.                              

Avoid being waxed 2 days before & after your menstrual cycle as skin can be more sensitive.   

Sun bake & avoid the sun for 24 hrs
