We guarantee all of our services, if you are not happy with your service we will do everything to fix what you are not happy about.
Although:
If you have had a colour service:
1 must not be a “fix” up from another salon or home job
2 must not be using a supermarket brand products
3 must be using a salon colour range products - Preferably L’Oreal Professionnel
4 must not have shampooed your hair with-in 48 hrs
If you have had a chemical service we do have the right to charge for product or service’s for any re-service
If you have had a cutting service:
1 must not be fixing up a home job or another salon’s mistake
2 must have had a blow-dry
Exception: if you have requested a service with our: Private Hairdressing Students or 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentices, we unfortunately Cannot guarantee these services, due to the experience of these Stylists. We will though be happy to fix any problems that their maybe, but would not be able to refund any money/monies exchanged. With Colour Services completed by Private Hairdressing Students or Apprentices extra charge will apply for colours and may apply for cutting services.
If you have had a waxing service:
Waxing Do’s & Don’ts
Do
Moisturise your skin daily
Exfoliate your skin one week after being waxed
Shower immediately after exercise to clean the follicles to prevent infection
Wear cotton or no underwear at night to allow the skin to breathe
Don’t
Exfoliate your skin after waxing for 3 days
Use deodorant until 24 hrs after waxing under-arms
Pick at ingrown hairs, see your therapist
Exercise for at least 24 hrs after being waxed
Swim in
chlorinated or salt water for 24 hrs
Definitely Don’t shave in-between wax’s.
Avoid being waxed 2 days before & after your menstrual cycle as skin can be more sensitive.
Sun bake & avoid the sun for 24 hrs
If you have had a facial:
1 must be using home care products from Shear Image to maintain your skin in-between facials
2 must not “pick” at imperfections
With all services we have the right to only just refund the service minus cost of product/s used.
We guarantee all of our products, so if you are not happy with your product that you purchased from us, let us know & we will exchange it for another product
How-ever:
1 Must be using product/s as prescribed 2 Must not be using a mix of other brands
3 Products must be more than ¾ full. 4 We will only exchange products in our salon. (no refunds)
